I have been using Vesisol 5 mg and the Furoxin dietary supplement for 25 days. There is no improvement and I still urinate up to 19 times during the day. Doses are still left for a week. Should I wait this time to make another appointment, or can I do it now?

It is not clear from your entry exactly what disease has been diagnosed. Solifenacin (the active ingredient in Vesisol) with an indication for the therapy of overactive bladder does not work immediately after the first tablet. Most patients begin to feel improvement after about 3-4 weeks. Sometimes the full therapeutic effect is achieved only after a dozen or so weeks. I suggest making an appointment for a check-up or consultation so as not to be left without the drug, because perhaps the therapy will continue. Lack of improvement should be discussed with your doctor, who will decide how to proceed further.
