Since Kalms and Valused have a similar composition, you should not combine these preparations with each other. Their simultaneous administration with Paroxinor may cause sedation, impaired concentration and headaches. You can opt for one preparation (Kalms or Valused) and combine it with the drug Paroxinor - such a combination will be safe.
