In response to the great interest of patients, a non-reimbursed drug Ozempic from parallel imports appeared in pharmacies. The availability of the drug in pharmacies can be checked here: Ozempic 0.5 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=275329 Ozempic 1 mg https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/99258/ozempic-iniekcja/apteki?pvid=275351

Ozempic can be used together with metformin. I also did not find information about the unfavorable, significant interactions of this drug with spironolactone, a substance contained in the drug Spironol (used m.in in hypertension). Spironolactone itself can (but does not have to!) cause electrolyte disturbances, so when using Ozempic and weight reduction, it is worth taking special care of good hydration and not forgetting to drink water during the day (especially if vomiting or diarrhea possibly occur).
