How is Ulcamed, Emanera, Duomox and Levoxa used in H.pylori?

Hello, I got from the doctor medication to cure H.pylori: Emanera 40mg 2x1 , Levoxa 500mg 2x1, Duomox 1g 2x1, Ulcamed 120mg 2x2 Please tell me how best to use them and at what intervals.

For example, he can take Ulcamed at 7 a.m., then Emanera at 7:30 a.m. and have breakfast at 8:00 a.m. The drug Levoxa should be used with an interval of at least 2 hours from drugs that affect the acidity of gastric juice - that is, here with the drug Emanera. That is, for example, at 10 and 16. Then the next dose of Emanera can be taken before dinner around 7 pm. Duomox can be used before, during or after a meal. For example, at breakfast and dinner.
