There are no absolute contraindications to taking the antibiotic immediately after the vaccine, but if possible, it is worth that the interval between the vaccine and the first dose of the antibiotic is as long as possible (it is stated that the antibiotic can be taken about 2 weeks after vaccination - that is, when full immunity after vaccination is already formed).
