The Safety Data Sheet does not describe that Nystapol causes a pressure reduction. Usually, the drug is well tolerated, and the most common side effects of therapy include diarrhea, gastrointestinal complaints, nausea and vomiting. Nevertheless, if in your case the drug caused a sudden decrease in blood pressure, it is worth reporting it to your doctor.
