I am 51 years old. I stop taking birth control pills and my doctor has prescribed me Femoston to relieve menopausal symptoms. Within 20 days I had my period 2 times, and in the package leaflet it says that at least 6 months should have passed since the last one. That's why I don't know if I should take this medication. I have night sweats and irregular periods. Joanna

In this case, you should go to your gynecologist with the results of the tests and report your concerns. The doctor will decide on further proceedings in this case.
I didn't start taking Femoston because I read the leaflet and was worried.

From the above question, I understood that you started taking Femoston immediately after you finished your contraceptive pills. Are you already accepting Femoston or have you not yet started?
But after discontinuation I had withdrawal bleeding traditionally, and then after a few days of menstruation 2 times,in a short interval, hormonal tests I did on the 21st day after discontinuation and ; Estradiol-79.03 Progesterone = 1.22 Folikulotropina_6.31 All this indicates that menstruation should still occur

Take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. The bleeding observed is probably not menstruation, but bleeding associated with discontinuation of contraceptive pills and the start of use of Femoston - from the leaflet of the drug: "In the first months of treatment, transient bleeding and mid-cycle spotting may occur."
