If I have myasthenia gravis, can I take this vaccine? I only take a drug called mestinone, which improves nerve conduction, I do not take immunosupers.

The use of Uro-Vaxom is not contraindicated in patients with myasthenia gravis. There have been no interactions between the active substances of Uro-Vaxom and Mestinon that could adversely affect their efficacy and safety. So there are no contraindications to their simultaneous use. More about urinary tract infections can be read in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/zakazenie-drog-moczowych
