If there are still changes on the skin in the form of scabs, ibuprofen (eg Ibum) should not be given. Administration of ibuprofen increases the risk of staphylococcal and streptococcal superinfections of the skin, which may result in, m.in, abscesses and necrosis of the skin and soft tissues. It will be safe to use paracetamol, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/60061/pedicetamol-plyn/apteki?pvid=10630#internetowe https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/59550/paracetamol-hasco-zawiesina/apteki?pvid=97988#internetowe
