However, it is worth reporting such frequent seizures to your doctor - it may be necessary to introduce modifications of therapy and, for example, the introduction of drugs to prevent migraine attacks. From the SmPC of Sumamigren: "If a single dose of the drug has caused the symptoms to disappear, but the migraine attack has returned, the second dose of sumatriptan can be taken within the next 24 hours, provided that there is at least a 2-hour interval between the two doses. Do not dose more than 300 mg within 24 hours."
