Yes, you can take 2 tablets of Polopyrin. This medicine has no effect on the placebo tablet.

So I can, for example, take two polopyrins a day and does polopyrin affect the placebo tablet in any way if I took one tablet two hours before taking the placebo and the second tablet an hour after taking placrbo, did these two tablets affect this placebo pill or did nothing decrease?

According to the dosage on the leaflet of the drug, you can take from 1-2 tablets every 4 hours. The drug will not affect the effectiveness of Vines contraceptive pills.
