Aparxon PR is a drug containing ropinirole in a prolonged-release formula, it works in the brain similarly to dopamine. Madopar contains levodopa in combination with benserazide. Benserazide blocks the conversion of levodopa to dopamine outside the brain, so that more of this compound penetrates the brain and then converts to dopamine. Both drugs are helpful in Parkinson's disease. The choice of the drug most suitable for a given patient is decided by the doctor. It is difficult for me to answer which drug is more 'hartcoric', because it is not the expression commonly used for medicines, and it is difficult for me to assess what you mean. I enclose studies that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/choroba-parkinsona https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/drzenie-rak-czy-to-choroba-parkinsona
