To @Engel:
The concomitant use of Bisocard and Opacorden is not recommended. Opacorden may inhibit the metabolism of Bisocard and increase its side effects in the heart, increasing the risk of cardiac arrhythmias.
After cardiac ablation, the timing of taking anticoagulants such as Opacorden depends on the individual's assessment of the risk of thromboembolic complications. Even after a successful ablation, the patient should still take anticoagulants, as the procedure does not eliminate all risk factors for thromboembolic events. Your doctor will tell you when to start an anticoagulant and how long to use it to minimise the risk of thromboembolic complications.
Before deciding to change or discontinue medication after ablation, it is necessary to consult the attending physician, who will determine the optimal therapy based on the patient's results and medical history.

Can you take Bisocarad and Opakorden at the same time. I would also like to ask how long to take Opakorden after cardiac ablation. Yours sincerely, E. U

to @elaszmuniewska@gmail.com: Using Artigo and Opacorden at the same time increases the risk of arrhythmias. If your cardiologist knows about the Artigo you are taking, they have assessed your medical situation, taken into account the individual risks and benefits, and decided that this is safe for you. So please follow the recommendations you have received. It is always important to monitor your health and regularly inform your doctor about any worrying symptoms or side effects that you may experience while taking these medicines. If you are unable to get to your doctor, the GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
Is it possible to take opacorden and artigo. I'm afraid it's going to be bad. Both medications were prescribed to me by a doctor. Artigo assigned me a neurologist and the cardiologist said I could take it. Hands fall
Thank you very much for your answer, the point is that I once took opacorden after ablation, then it was changed to bisocard. Unfortunately, there was a recurrence of flickering and longer and longer few days, I thought to help with opacordene and still in the hospital I landed in the hospital and there the doctor recommended me to take both drugs.

There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. These drugs should be used very carefully under strict medical supervision. Amiodarone (e.g. Opacorden) has poor antiadrenergic activity and when used in parallel with beta-blockers (e.g. Bisocard) may enhance their effect, leading to an increased risk of bradycardia. During the parallel use of Opacorden and Bisocard, cases of hypotension, bradycardia, ventricular fibrillation or torsade de pointes have been reported. In addition, Opacorden may inhibit the metabolism of Bisocard and increase its side effects within the heart. Although the combination of these medicines may be beneficial in some patients, caution should be exercised and ECG and blood pressure monitored. If necessary, dose adjustment of both medicines should be considered.
