According to the data on the leaflet of the drug Pyralgina - this drug can be given to adults and children over 15 years of age with a body weight of > 53 kg). If you have not observed any disturbing symptoms in your son, i.e. allergic reactions, headaches and dizziness, this drug should not harm.
