What should I do if I miss the last pill from the contraceptive pill?
Hello. I take Naraya Plus birth control pills. Yesterday I forgot to take the last active tablet before the placebo tablets. Does this lower contraception quite high and what should I do in such a situation?

In the described situation, treat the day when you did not take the hormone tablet ("active") as the first day of taking the placebo tablets, discard the first placebo tablet, and then continue taking the remaining 3 placebo tablets from the blister. After taking the last tablet from the blister, you should start another blister. By doing so, the full effectiveness of contraception will be preserved.
