Is frequent urination a side effect of Zinnat?
Hi 2 days I take zinat 500 on the throat 2 times a day since yesterday I go to the toilet very often to urinate if this is a side effect

No, the side effects of Zinnat do not mention frequenturia. It is probably some kind of inflammation of the bladder and/or urinary tract. However, one of the indications for the use of an antibiotic is cystitis. There is no need to stop the treatment or modify the dosage.
