Your entry concerns prescription drugs, the dispensation of which is significantly limited in Poland. I encourage you to read the following thread, which explains what are the possible solutions: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/76364/jak-mozemy-kupic-duze-ilosci-lekow-np-z-lewotyroksyna-w-polsce-dla-pacjentow-z-u To the best of my knowledge, no drug with dipyroxime or physostigmine is registered in Poland. However, preparations with neostigmine may be available: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/neostigmine Pralidoxim is registered only as part of the Individual Set of Autosyringes Against Combat PoisonOus Agents Izas-05 (atropine + diazepam + pralidoxym in separate syringes): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/pralidoksym Epipen, currently has about 11% of pharmacies integrated with GdziePoLek: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/27396/epipen-senior-iniekcja/apteki/w-aptece Atropine is available in the form of ampoules, except for the already mentioned set it is not available in the form of an autoinjector: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/7986/atropinum-sulfuricum-wzf-iniekcja/apteki/w-polsce
