Can Soolantra be used on the eyelids?

I was diagnosed with rosacea. It appears under the influence of spicy food. I don't have pimples. My main problem is dry red eyelids. And that's what I was recommended Soolantra for. I have to lubricate the eyelids with Lipikar Eczema, and for this Soolantra. Every other day . Is it possible to use it on the eyelids at all?

According to the Summary of Product Characteristics: Do not use this medicine on other parts of the body, in particular damp surfaces of the body, such as the eyes, mouth or any mucous membrane. Do not apply the cream near the eyelids, lips and any mucous membranes, for example inside the nose, mouth or eyes. If the cream accidentally gets into the eyes or around the eyes, eyelids, lips, mouth or mucous membrane, you should immediately wash these places with plenty of water. Of course, the doctor has the right to use the drug on the basis of his best knowledge and experience, and not on the basis of the manufacturer's indications. This is also a common practice. However, it is difficult to clearly assess this particular case to an outsider without knowing the patient's medical records. It should be noted that you do not use Soolantra directly on the eyelids, and in combination with Lipikar -Eczema.
