Good morning, Is taking an antibiotic amotaxi, you can take debutir. In the sense that you always have to take a probiotic with an antibiotic and is debutir just that, or does it have to be some other?

Debutir is not a probiotic. It is a preparation containing sodium butyrate, which can be used for irritable bowel syndrome, in inflammatory diseases of the mucous membrane of the stomach and intestines, in disorders of the intestinal flora, after anticancer treatment, as well as in intestinal infection and diarrhea. During antibiotic therapy, probiotics are used, i.e. preparations containing strains of bacteria or yeasts, e.g. Enterol, Lacidofil, Dicoflor. They prevent colonization of the intestine by pathogenic bacteria and allow the normalization of intestinal microflora, exposed to the antibiotic. Thanks to this, the risk of e.g. diarrhea is reduced.
