Will taking Nebilet 5 mg and Fluoxytin Egis at the same time not have a negative effect? Will spreading these drugs over the morning and evening save the situation?

The use of nebivolol (the active ingredient in Nebilet) together with fluoxetine may increase the effect of nebivolol, which may lead to m.in bradycardia or hypotension. During this treatment, you should regularly monitor your heart rate and if you experience any disturbing symptoms (e.g. dizziness, uneven heartbeat, shortness of breath, bluish nails, weakness, fainting, convulsions), see a doctor as you may need to reduce the dose of Nebilet. The distribution of drugs for morning and evening will not matter in this case, because fluoxetine lasts a very long time in the body and can interact with other drugs (up to several weeks).
