Can lemon balm cause a feeling of numbness/tingling in the limbs? Since yesterday I have been drinking lemon balm teas and I have the impression that after them I feel like tingling in my legs such a strange feeling.

Lemon balm in the form of infusions has calming and calming properties. Consumed in rational quantities, it is considered a safe raw material. Excessive consumption of lemon balm can cause gastric problems, dizziness or headaches. I did not find information that the raw material could cause tingling in the legs. However, if the ailment is aggravated and its appearance is associated with the start of drinking lemon balm, it may be worth stopping tea and see if the tingling subsides.
