Good morning. How should I use Duphaston for cycles shorter than 28 days, namely 24-26 days? Am I counting on ovulation to occur between the 6th and 15th day? The doctor recommended using from the 15th to the 25th day of the cycle, and I read that this drug should be used after ovulation. Today is the 15th day, and the doctor on the ultrasound saw a small follicle. Is it possible that this is an anovulatory cycle?

When choosing the dosage of Duphaston, it is important to indicate in which it is used, and you did not provide this information in the inquiry. Usually, ovulation occurs about 2 weeks before the onset of menstrual bleeding. It cannot be ruled out that both the occurrence of ovulation later and the fact that the cycle is anovulatory.
