Hello. After treatment with Macmiror complex 500, I will use globules to rebuild the vaginal epithelium. I have a question whether there is a significant difference between lactovaginal and hialuintima with DOZ? The latter seem to me to work better for me. In addition, it uses 2x/week gynoflor. Is it possible to use hyaluintima and gynoflor at the same time? If not, wait until the end of the hyalu application and only the next week apply gynoflor?

The difference between Lactovaginal and Haluintima is fundamental. Hialuintima is a medical device based on hyaluronic acid. It has a moisturizing effect, prevents vaginal dryness and irritation on its epithelium. Lactovaginal is an over-the-counter (OTC) medicine used vaginally to restore or replenish the normal bacterial flora of the vagina. It contains live bacilli of lactobacillus bacterium lactobacillus rhamnosus 573. We wrote about the difference between medical devices and medicines here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/wyroby-medyczne-a-leki-i-suplementy-diety Which of these preparations will be more effective in this particular case should be assessed by a doctor. It is difficult to estimate this to an outsider without knowing your medical records. None of the above preparations should weaken the effect of Gynoflor. So, there are no contraindications to the use of Hialuintima or Lactovagal in parallel. However, because Gynoflor is a prescription medicine, you should tell your doctor about all the medicines you are taking, including those obtained without a prescription.
