You can use Diclo Duo for pain symptoms or fever accompanying a cold. Usually, you will take 1 capsule a day.
However, it is not a typical cold remedy and does not relieve symptoms such as runny nose, wet cough, lack of energy.
If you are considering taking painkillers, it is worth reaching for paracetamol first, which is a safer drug (it has fewer side effects), e.g.
