The pediatrician prescribed clemastinum to his daughter for viral pharyngitis. I don't know if it's not a big mistake? Please advise

For @Paulina: This drug can be prescribed for dry cough, especially if its substrate is allergic. Klemastine (the active ingredient of the drug) has an antitussive effect by abolishing bronchospasm.
Just today, the doctor prescribed this syrup for coughing. Cough is quite dry mosque or is it not just a mistake?

Clemastinum syrup does not have antiviral properties, but it can relieve some of the symptoms associated with infection. Perhaps for this reason, it was prescribed to the child - in case of doubt, it is best to clarify it directly with the pediatrician.
