Pregabalin and hydroxyzine therapy can be accompanied by antidepressants from the SSRI group, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/atc/N06AB/selektywne-inhibitory-wychwytu-zwrotnego-serotoniny or SNRI, e.g. venlafaxine https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/wenlafaksyna These drugs are available only on prescription, and the therapy should be selected by a psychiatrist individually based on symptoms and reactions to already conducted treatment.
