Good morning, I will just start my adventure with Marvelon, the gynecologist turned out that I have follicles on two ovaries, in addition I have Hashimoto's, elevated prolactin and testosterone, I take Eutyrox 50, some time ago the endocrinologist prescribed me Siofor 500 which are to support the work of the ovaries (sugar and insulin is normal) should I stop taking Marvelon Siofor? Is there a specific duration of use of this medicine? And if on the expected day of menstruation I would not get it, should I use lutein to induce it or just wait?

There is no need to discontinue Siofor during treatment with Marvelon. These drugs can be combined with each other. Siofor can be taken even for several years - therefore the duration of treatment should be determined by the doctor based on the effects of therapy. There is no fixed "maximum" duration of treatment. Wait for the first day of menstruation and then take the first Marvelon tablet. Unless otherwise recommended by your doctor, You should not use Lutein to induce menstruation.
