Is it true that the drug Rudotel is missing in pharmacies?

I got a prescription for Rudotel 100 tablets (5x20 or 2x50). The Apeki claim that there is neither one nor the other packaging. When will Rudotel 10mg be available in packs of 20 or 50 tablets? Is there a plan to bring a replacement with a different name to Polish?

To @Dorota: Unfortunately, there is no such possibility, because the drug is registered in Poland. We write about which drugs are subject to the target import procedure here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/import-docelowy-jak-sprowadzic-lek-z-zagranicy The only option is to buy a drug with a Polish prescription abroad, e.g. in Germany More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-kupic-leki-za-granica

Is there any possibility of bringing this drug by a pharmacy from abroad?

In fact, Rudotel may be unavailable even until the end of 2022. In March this year, we received information from the manufacturer that in connection with the transfer of the production site of Rudotel to another manufacturer, its absence in pharmacies is expected. As the manufacturer adds - "Unfortunately, due to long delays in the launch of production at the new manufacturer, we expect a lack of supply of the drug by the end of 2022. We have provided the Ministry of Health and doctors with information about the long-term unavailability of the drug." The preparation has no available substitutes: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/medazepam

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
