On the ePatient on my prescription there is an inscription: Nasen 10 mg Coated tablets 1 op. after 30 _tabl._ D.S. three hundred milligrams 1x1 I do not understand the dosage - the tablet is 10 mg, and I have to take 300 mg. Please let me know how much I have to download - whether 1 tab, or something else?

The dosage is 1 x 1, that is, one tablet containing 10 mg of the active substance once a day - immediately before bedtime. This is consistent with the dosage description in the drug documentation - the recommended dose of Nasen is 10 mg for 24 hours. Some patients may be prescribed a lower dose (e.g. 5 mg, or half a tablet). It is recommended to maintain a period of at least 8 hours between taking the drug and starting to perform activities that require increased concentration. In practice, this means that you should ensure about 8 hours of sleep, or give time after waking up to return to psychophysical fitness. Do not exceed the dose of 10 mg for 24 hours. The notation "three hundred milligrams" probably refers to the total amount of active substance prescribed on the prescription: 30 tablets times 10 milligrams each equals three hundred milligrams of zolpidem. Such a record is necessary for formal reasons. This does not mean that you should take more than one tablet.
