To @Aneta: If you do not notice any disturbing symptoms, there is no reason to worry. Nevertheless, an annual gynecological check-up is most advisable.

And if I am a slim person and I was assumed on 14.09.2020 and I have not been to control for almost a year, should I be afraid of action? I don't feel any side effects.

Usually, a follow-up visit is recommended after 3 months from the implant placement, then every six months - unless the health condition requires more frequent visits, e.g. there are some disturbing symptoms - then more often. According to the manufacturer: "It is recommended that a woman report for a check-up 3 months after the Implanon NXT implant is inserted. During the check-up, blood pressure should be measured and a thorough interview should be carried out in case of any questions, complaints or side effects. The frequency and type of subsequent periodic examinations should be adjusted on a case-by-case basis, according to clinical evaluation. "
