To answer your question exactly, I would need to know the names of the preparations or the biotin doses in them. Biotin is safely used in long-term treatment, even in doses up to 10 mg per day. So far, there have been no reports of cases of biotin overdose in humans, and the administration of very high doses, such as 300 mg per day, has not led to adverse side effects.
