Can I give my daughter sleep aids if I am taking Zoloft?

Good morning Daughter for half a year I have been running Zoloft 2.5 tablets currently. Recently she has trouble sleeping, palpitations and muscle bule at night, shortness of breath, Can I still give her some over-the-counter supportive drug for better sleep.
