Dizziness when using drugs that lower pressure - do they happen often?

My GP changed my previous medications Lorista HD and Bisohexal 5 mg to Dipperam 10 mg +160 mg+125 mg. In the leaflet in the effects section, it is not asked that it can cause dizziness. Currently, I already experience dizziness every day, so will not taking a new drug get worse and is it advisable to use it?

Dizziness is a common side effect of blood pressure lowering drugs. Among the side effects of the medicinal products Lorista HD and Bisohexal, dizziness is also mentioned. When recommending the use of Dipperam, your doctor took into account your health condition and the course of your previous treatment, so you should follow his recommendations.
