Good morning, I have an inquiry I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, I take euthyrox every day at a dose of 37.5 and since then I have terrible hot flashes, when I go to work I pour sweat even at minus temperatures and I have a jacket especially thin, and also when I sit at my desk every now and then it gets terribly hot, whether the dose may be too high, is it some kind of intolerance to the drug?

I encourage you to consult your doctor. Properly treated hypothyroidism should not cause hot flashes. You may need to modify the dosage of Euthyrox or introduce a completely different treatment regimen. Intolerance to the prescribed dose of Euthyrox may cause m.in hot flashes, heart rhythm disturbances. Similar effects are caused by using too high a dose: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28214/euthyrox-n-75-tabletki/ulotka/86250 I encourage you to familiarize yourself with additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-niedoczynnosc-tarczycy https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jod-zapobiega-niedoczynnosci-tarczycy
