There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. These drugs should be used with caution. Your doctor should check your response to treatment regularly. It is also important to regularly monitor the level of glucose (sugar). Beta-blockers (e.g., Ebivol) affect glucose metabolism and can cause an increase in glucose concentration in the blood and potentially act opposite to biguanides (e.g., Glucophage). Beta-blockers may mask the early symptoms of hypoglycaemia (e.g. techycardia). Blood glucose levels should therefore be monitored more frequently during the concomitant use of beta-blockers and biguanides. Due to the fact that Glucophage and Ebivol are prescription drugs, therefore the legitimacy and need for their use in therapy is assessed by the doctor. Do not use these preparations without consulting a doctor.
