If it is necessary to give Levopront syrup, e.g. at night, a minimum of 3-4 hours interval from the last dose of Mucosolvan syrup should be maintained. As a rule, you should avoid combining syrups for wet and dry cough. Mucosolvan liquefies the secretion, the use of syrup to inhibit cough, e.g. Levopront, prevents the removal of residual secretions, which may result in even more intensive development of respiratory infections.
