If I gave a 2-year-old baby innofer baby in the amount of 1 ml and the recommended dose of 0.1-0.6 ml, can it be life-threatening

A single mistaken administration of 10 mg of iron (1 ml of Innofer Baby) to a child in a single dose does not pose a threat to health and life. Children aged 1-3 years need about 7 mg of iron / kg / day - so a child weighing 10 kg can take about 70 mg of iron per day - but it should not be forgotten that iron is also provided in the daily diet. Therefore, do not exceed the recommended daily dose of Innofer baby.
