Can there be any convections that I took another dose of Cipronex faster than 12 hours after the last one?

Good morning I come with a question about taking the antibiotic cipronex. The drug I have to take 2 times a day the lady in the pharmacy said that the drug is best taken every 12 hours. Unfortunately, a day earlier 2 tablets I took an hour later, i.e. after 13 hours and today the first tablet after 11 hours to keep the time between doses. Can there be some kind of convection with the next dose faster than after 12 hours from the last?

A slight difference in the time of admission should not have serious consequences. However, I encourage you to choose certain times and to maintain a regular interval between doses from now on. This ensures a stable concentration and effect of the antibiotic contained in Cipronex. I enclose additional information: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/fakty-i-mity-o-antybiotykach
