I take every morning 50mg of ketrel and 75mg of pregabalin for the evening 25mg of ketrel and 75mg of pregabalin + temporarily afobam 1mg in a panic attack. My question is what did the doctor prescribe pregabaline and ketrel for?

The question should be referred to your family doctor or psychiatrist, as they have full documentation of your health. Pharmacists do not have the authority to diagnose diseases. In your question, it follows that these drugs are probably prescribed to treat anxiety disorders. You are to take Afobam only in exacerbation of the disease, and Pregalablin and Ketrel in the long term. As an outsider, I can only list what are the indications for the use of the above drugs. Pregabalin has analgesic, anticonvulsant, anxiolytic and sleep modulating effects. It is indicated for the treatment of: - in neuropathic pain of peripheral and central origin in adults, - combined partial epileptic seizures in adults that are or are not secondary generalized, - Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) in adults. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89743/pregabalin-accord-kapsulki/ulotka/213225 Ketrel is classified as an atypical antipsychotic. Among the recommendations for its use are indicated: - therapy of schizophrenia; - manic episodes, characterized by moderate or severe severity, which occur in the course of bipolar disorder; - prevention of recurrence of bipolar disorder, provided that the patient has previously responded correctly to treatment with a preparation based on quetiapine. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/40080/ketrel-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/116277
