Should I increase my dose of Trittico if I have dizziness, anxiety, weakness and increased blood pressure?

Please help. I have anxiety neurosis. For 3 weeks I have been taking Trittico 75mg in the evening. I sleep better but I feel bad all day. Dizziness, anxiety, weakness, increased pressure. I save myself with an afobam. Is 3 weeks still too short? Can increase the dose?

These symptoms may also be the result of combining Trittico with Afobam. Their simultaneous use may increase side effects such as, m.in, dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty concentrating. You should go to the doctor and report your doubts - you may need to modify your treatment.
