The daily dose of vitamins D3 and A will not be exceeded. Tran Hasco 2 capsules are up to a maximum of 600 to 2500 U.m. vitamin A, D3 60-250 U.m. Vibovit Junior jelly: D3 80 U.m approx. 400mcg (50% of the daily requirement for vitamin A) plus 600 U.m D3. The daily norm of vitamin D3 for children up to 10 years of age is from 600-1000 U.m per day. The daily requirement for vitamin A in children of this age is about 3000 U.m per day, with deficiencies even more. Even bearing in mind that vitamin A is also provided in the daily diet - the declared dose of dietary supplements may differ from the actual amount of substances in a given supplement. In addition, the action is also influenced by the way the substance is absorbed - all this speaks for the fact that it would be difficult to overdose on vitamin A using Hasco fish oil and Vibovit Junior jelly beans.
