If you use an antibiotic effective in venereal disease (assuming that it actually occurs in you and is susceptible to this treatment), then the swab performed after some time may no longer show the presence of microorganisms. If your intimate illness is caused by bacteria insensitive to the antibiotic used, then the treatment will not affect the result of the swab. If your problems were caused, for example, by a fungus or a virus, the antibiotic will also have no effect. In the described situation, the symptoms and treatment used should be described to the gynecologist, including the antibiotic currently being taken for inflammation of the respiratory tract.
