If you use it regardless of meals, it is worth starting to take the medicine while eating. However, given the fact that the ailments are chronic in nature, and the chronic use of antidiarrheal drugs is not recommended, and the use of probiotics containing yeast strains according to some sources can be safely taken for no more than 15 weeks, if the ailments persist, I recommend consulting the problem with the doctor who recommended taking Brintellix.
