Is the redness of the finger after using Miconal a cause for concern?

I have mycosis of the nail and nail shaft,,,,after using miconal in the spray I have redness of the whole finger!whether this drug works like this, or what do we worry about?

First of all, it should be noted that Miconal is not a drug indicated in onychomycosis. It is a drug used for fungal infections of the skin (ringworm of the head, trunk, hands, feet and between the fingers, armpits, groin). The observed redness may indicate an adverse reaction after using Miconal aerosol. It appears very rarely (they occur in less than 1 in 10,000).
