If I have been taking 20mg axotret for half a year and the lady in the pharmacy instead of giving axotret sold isotek, can I take it? Won't there be any side effects?

To @Orest:
The original drug (first approved by the FDA in 1982) was Accutane. Since 2009, production of this drug has been discontinued, mainly due to the large number of generic versions. Therefore, currently all isotretinoin drugs available on the market are generics.
Similarly, I ordered an axotret from acquaintances traveling to Poland. I gave them my prescription, I was waiting for an axotret since I have been taking it for 6 months, and I got an isotec... Words are lacking when pharmacists themselves replace the drug that is indicated in the prescription. Since I am already well acquainted with the side of the axotret, I am worried about whether surprises will await me with isotec, since I still take 4 months according to the doctor's recommendations. Which of these named drugs is the original?

Both Axotret and Izotek contain the same active substance - isotretinoin. With the same dose - which is taken care of by the person fulfilling the prescription - these are equivalents and can be issued interchangeably. Substitutes generally work the same because of the identical active substance, but may differ in excipients. Only in exceptional situations (e.g. allergy to an ingredient) can this affect the tolerance of treatment.
