Hello, I'm struggling with a strong pain in the hip and cross. I got medication from the doctor: - Tramadol 50mg - Pregabaline Accord 75mg Tramadol I have to use 3 times a day and with each tablet of tramadol take paracetamol 500mg, Pregabaline 2 times a day. To be honest, as I read the side effects a little scared. Do I have anything to worry about taking all these drugs at once?

Pregabalin and Tramadol do not interact with each other. Both Tramadol and Pregabalin show an increased tendency to constipation, especially in women and the elderly. Short-term use should not harm.
I also read that Tramadol should not be combined with antidepressants or anxiolytics, and Pregabaline is. After all, one drug and the other can be combined?

It should be emphasized that the body's response to certain drugs is an individual matter. The drugs described in the question may or may not cause side effects. All of them are described in leaflets for legal and safety reasons. This does not mean that they will all occur. There may be no side effects. The combined use of these drugs can be very beneficial therapeutically. I also encourage you to read the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac
