To @Kasia: There are no precise guidelines for the use of gynecological probiotics. You can take a one-time treatment - that is, the contents of one package, but long-term use, even for up to 3 months, is also considered safe. The duration of the treatment depends mainly on the reason for its implementation and the body's reaction to the preparation.
I'm very sorry but just on the packaging and leaflet there is no such information from 7 days. I bought a probiotic simply as a supplementation not with a doctor's prescription. This is a pack of 20 oral capsules and I'm just wondering if these 20 capsules for 20 days or you can take longer, e.g. a month or three months or it's too long and take a break.
