Sorbifer Durules does not affect the blood clotting process, so there is no need for specific action. I don't know what bleeding you want to ask? Is it monthly bleeding or some non-healing wound? According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, the long-term treatment regimen – continuous or intermittent treatment – is selected individually for the patient and is often used in the case of long-term iron loss (e.g. in cases of heavy menstrual bleeding). If you are concerned about the effect of the drug or the accuracy of its selection, it is best to talk to your doctor about it. It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records.
