Can duspatalin retard 200 mg cause blood pressure to drop? I got a medicine for bowel symptoms, my stomach has been tiring for about two weeks, I am also being treated for IBD. For a few days I have a pressure of about 90/60 that I have never had before, I feel physically unwell, I am weakened. I do not know whether to associate it with taking the drug or with weather changes.

My mother has exactly the same reaction - a drop in blood pressure when taking duspatalin. A few days 90/60, severe weakness, dizziness.
