Naraya and Daylette tablets are substitutes - they contain the same doses of active substances, that is, 0.02 mg of ethinylestradiol and 3 mg of drospirenone, but differ in excipients (bulking agents and envelope components). The excipients and the formula of the drug may have little effect on well-being after taking the drug. Gynecologists usually advise against the use of substitutes for hormonal contraception, because in the case of this group of drugs, even the smallest changes can affect the occurrence of side effects. A list of excipients of individual drugs can be found in the leaflets: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/51550/naraya-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/21296/daylette-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka More about what drug substitutes are: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-sa-zamienniki-lekow
